Grand Prize
Enter by August 25 to be eligible to win one of two (2) pairs of tickets to be drawn on August 27. Winners will be notified by email, so be sure you enter your information correctly. Selected winners will have 72 hours to respond. If a selected winner does not respond after 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.
Eligible entries will be all submissions made electronically to the raffle on websites of the 3 participating dental offices, Willow Dental Chilliwack, Willow Dental Garrison, and Garrison Dentist Chilliwack. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm August 25, 2019.
Early Bird Prizes
Enter by July 2 to be eligible to win one of three (3) all-day passes (for a Family of 4) to Cultus Lake Waterpark PLUS a weekday pass for Adventure Park with Unlimited Ride Wristband with a combined value of $196. Early bird winners will be drawn on July 3 from all eligible entries, and winners will remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw in August. The three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entrants for each of the three participating dental offices, Willow Dental Chilliwack, Willow Dental Garrison, and Garrison Dentist Chilliwack.
Eligibility
Contest is open to all residents of BC age 19 or older. No purchase is necessary. Chances of winning an early bird prize are dependent on the total number of entrants at a particular dental office. Chances of winning a grand prize are dependent on the total number of entrants at all three dental offices.
